This is my first fic in quite a while, and I am really happy to have completed it! I really enjoy my Family Ties universe, because to me, "family" is one of those things Farscape was all about. I hope you like it too.

I couldn't resist following up on the repercussions of the events of Fun and Games. I really enjoy my Family Ties universe, because to me, "family" is one of those things Farscape was all about. The whole Crichton clan gets into the act in this one.

Setting: About 13 cycles after PK Wars and immediately after my fic Fun and Games
Spoilers: Through PK Wars
Summary: Typical Crichton family role-reversal: Aeryn rescued Pippin from a Nebari hit squad, but it's John who helps comfort the boy after Chiana's departure.
Fun and Games was written entirely from Chiana's point of view, and I just couldn't see my way to changing POV at the end to take a look at how John and poor little Pippin were faring after this disaster of a day. It took me a little longer than I'd planned to get to this epilogue, but I'm quite pleased with how it turned out. If you haven't read Fun and Games, this won't make a lick of sense.

Summary: Chiana slowly comes to realize that her son is leading a very different life with the Crichtons than he would have with her. She resolves to take him out to have some fun -- but things don't quite go as she'd planned....

It took me longer to get back to this than I'd hoped, but I always wanted to look in and see how things were going, once Chiana blew back into her son's life.

This takes place in the Family Ties universe, just two months after Special Delivery. Aeryn wanted to talk to me. Aeryn wanted to think about how she's changed, and not changed.... Took me a while to get everything from her, but....I think it works. Just remember it's kind of an emotional setting....
